This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which any personal information that Tanjung Sepang Beach Resort Sdn. Bhd. (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

We may collect and process the following personal information about you in relation to our website. This includes information provided at the time of : If you contact us through our general enquiry form, we may keep a record of that correspondence; Details of transactions (including details of payment cards used) that you carry out through our website; Details of your visits to our website including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and/or the resources that you access; and Information that you provide when you enter a competition or promotion, and, When you report a problem with our website; Information that you provide when registering to one of our programmes, including, but not limited to, registration to our website, corporate account request, Booking Bonus registration and claim, e-newsletter subscription, registration to our Signature loyalty programme and Optimum leisure membership, Information that you provide when submitting a Meetings and Events enquiry.

Use of personal information

We process personal information about you for the purposes of: Providing you with our services; Dealing with your booking, enquiries and other requests; Administering your booking and other services; Tailoring our services to your requirements and preferences; Direct-marketing products and services, advising you of news and industry updates, events, promotions and competitions, reports and other information and carrying out market research campaigns. Providing you with information about other products, special offers and services that you request from us or which we feel may interest you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes. This may include products and services made available by selected partners and any member of our group of companies.

We may contact you by telephone for these purposes. Calls may be recorded for quality control purposes.

Information that you enter into our booking forms

Information that you enter into our booking forms may be collected and stored by us so that we may contact you in relation to your booking/enquiry/attempted transaction. This may be used to send operational emails to you, or to call you to respond to the enquiry, or for the purposes outlined above, or to enquire as to why the transaction was not completed. We will not use this information for any other purpose, we will not store it for longer than necessary and we certainly will not share it with any other company. Our aim is simply to provide you with the highest level of service that we can.

Where we store your personal information

The information we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at our system. It may also be processed by staffs operating outside the Tanjung Sepang Beach Resort Sdn. Bhd., who work for us or one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the processing of your payment details and the provision of services. By submitting your personal information, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Apart from where disclosure is required by law or any regulatory authority, we will only disclose your personal information to our selected business partners and service providers: For the purpose of administrating your requests and any booking; For providing other services which you have requested; and To communicate an offer of other goods and services, with your prior consent.

The Internet

Given that the internet is a global environment, using the Internet to collect and process personal information necessarily involves the transmission of information on an international basis. Therefore, by browsing our website and communicating electronically with us, you acknowledge and agree to our processing of personal information in this way.

The transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to our website; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access or processing. For additional peace of mind, credit card details are not recorded on our website when booking a room.

Our website may, from time to time, contain links to other websites which are outside of our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for other sites’ privacy policies. If you access other websites using the links provided, please check their policies before submitting any personal information.


User shall receive 2 email notifications from the payment gateway provider and also our hotel website within the transaction day. If you do not receive any email notification, kindly inform for getting the details of your bookings.

Fulfillment Policy

Customer will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after making payment. Customer has to print out the confirmation email along with their identification card for verification purposes.

  • Effective 1 September 2017, the mandatory RM10 Tourism Tax (TTx) will be imposed on all resort room rates on a per room per night basis to all non-Malaysian guests. This is in addition to the existing 0% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • TTx is regulated by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia and the Royal Malaysian Customs Department.

Security Deposit: RM100 for each room
A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon
check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
*Security Deposit and Remaining Balance can be paid upon arrival.
*Remaining Balance can pay by Credit / Debit card, Security Deposit by Cash only

Resort Rules and Regulation:
1. No cancellation or amendment is allowed.
2. Check in: 3pm
3. Check out: 12pm
4. Early Check-in: RM50 (depend on room availability)
5. Late check-out : RM30 / hour (depend on room availability)
6. Check-out after 3pm will charge One (1) day room fee.
7. Room pax limitation: Extra person will charge RM30 per head.
8. Pets are Prohibited, fine RM500 if found
9. Illegal and Dangerous items is not allowed to take into the Resort.
10. COOKING INDOOR is Prohibited.
11. Outside food or Catering is Prohibited, fine RM1000 if found.
12. Smoking INDOOR is Prohibited.
13. The Guests are not allowed to remove items and furniture from guest room or move
them to other places in the Resort.
14. The Guests are fully responsible for any damage or destruction of the equipment and
facilities in the resort caused by the fault of his or his visitors.
15. The Guests should immediately notify the Receptionist of any loss, damage or
destruction of any item as soon as possible after it is identified.
16. The Guests are not allowed to use their own electric appliances such as rice cooker, BBQ
stove, PA system and etc in the resort premises, will charge Max RM200 if found. This rules does
not apply to electric appliances used for personal hygiene: shaving machine, hair dryer and etc.
17. Function hall charges: RM350 for first 2 hours, RM700 for 1 day 7am – 11pm.
18. The Guests are allowed to BBQ in specific area, Charcoal and tools for BBQ are not
19. Camp Tents are not allowed, Penalty Max RM100 per tent.
20. Silent hours are from 12am till 7am.
21. Swimming pool operation hours: 8am – 6pm
22. 1 Room FOC 1 vehicle parking fee, extra vehicle parking will charge RM10 upon check
23. Entrance fee is required for Guest without room booking (excluded parking fee)
24. Proper care should be taken of personal valuables and safety, the Resort is not
responsible in the event of their theft, loss and damage or accident due to guests’ careless
action and violation of rules and regulation.
25. The Resort may refuse to accept the guests who grossly violated the Resort Rules and
Regulation during the last stay by damaging the resort’s or guests’ property or by inflicting
damage on other guests, resort employees or other persons staying in the resort or in other
way violated the stay of other guests or the functioning of the resort.
26. The Guests should refrain from offensive behavior, including reckless drinking and making loud noises in Silent hours, which will cause any disturbances and annoyance to other guests within the Resort premises. In case of breach of Resort Rules and Regulation by the
Guests, the Resort Management has the right to forfeit Guests’ Security Deposit for
compensation purpose.
27. The resort may refuse to accommodate guests who have arrived in higher number of
persons than was agreed upon reservation.

Terma dan syarat :
 Deposit keselamatan : RM 100 setiap bilik .
Deposit keselamatan perlu dijelaskan semasa Daftar Masuk. Deposit keselamatan ini akan
dipulangkan semasa proses Daftar Keluar dan selepas staf kami membuat pemeriksaan bilik.
Baki pembayaran bilik boleh dibayar semasa proses daftar masuk menggunakan tunai/credit dan
debit card dan “online banking”. Deposit Keselamatan hanya tunai sahaja .

Peraturan-peraturan Resort :
1) Sebarang pembatalan tempahan atau penukaran tidak dibenarkan.
2) Daftar masuk: 3.00 PM.
3) Daftar keluar: 12 PM.
4) Daftar masuk awal: RM50 ( bergantung kepada kekosongan bilik ).
5) Daftar keluar lewat: RM30 per jam (bergantung kepada kekosongan bilik ).
6) Daftar keluar lewat selepas pukul 3PM akan dikenakan caj sebanyak 1 hari ( harga bilik ).
7) Bilangan orang setiap bilik terhad, sebarang tambahan orang akan dicaj RM30 / pax.
8) Haiwan peliharaan tidak dibenarkan masuk, jika didapati denda RM 500.
9) Barang-barang terlarang dan berbahaya tidak dibenarkan bawa masuk ke dalam resort.
10) Memasak di dalam bilik tidak dibenarkan.
11) Makanan dari luar (catering) tidak dibenarkan, jika didapati akan didenda RM1000.
12) Tidak dibenarkan merokok di dalam bilik.
13) Tidak dibenarkan memindahkan barang-barang di dalam bilik ke bilik yang lain atau mana-mana
tempat di dalam resort.
14) Sebarang kerosakan atau kemusnahan kelengkapan atau kemudahan di dalam resort yang berpunca
daripada pelanggan akan menjadi tanggungjawab pelanggan sepenuhnya.
15) Pelanggan diminta memaklumkan jika ada sebarang kehilangan, kerosakan, atau kemusnahan apa
saja harta benda di dalam resort kepada pihak kami secepat mungkin setelah anda mendapat tahu.
16) Tidak dibenarkan menggunakan kelengkapan elektrik antaranya P.A system, periuk nasi berskala
besar, BBQ pit berskala besar dan lain-lain di dalam kawasan premis resort, akan di caj sebanyak RM
200 jika pihak resort jumpa. Peraturan ini tidak termasuk barangan elektrik berskala kecil seperti caj
telefon, mesin mencukur dan pengering rambut.
17) Caj untuk menggunakan dewan resort : RM 350 untuk dua jam pertama, RM700 untuk satu hari (7
AM – 11 PM ).
18) Pelanggan dibenarkan menggunakan BBQ Pit yang telah disediakan oleh pihak resort, arang dan
kelengkapan BBQ tidak disediakan.
19) Tidak dibenarkan mendirikan sebarang jenis khemah. Penalti maksimum sebanyak RM100 bagi
setiap khemah.
20) “SILENT HOUR” dari 12 AM sampai 7 AM.
21) Kolam renang dibuka dari 8 AM sehingga 6 PM.
22) Setiap satu bilik akan mendapat satu tempat letak kereta percuma, tambahan kenderaan akan
dikenakan caj sebanyak RM10 semasa proses daftar keluar.
23) Yuran kemasukan masuk akan dikenakan untuk pelanggan yang tidak mempunyai bilik (termasuk
yuran tempat letak kereta).

24) Pihak resort tidak bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kehilangan dan kerosakan yang berpunca
daripada kelalaian pelanggan. Pelanggan dinasihatkan untuk menjaga keselamatan ahli semasa
berada di dalam resort kami.
25) Pihak resort berhak untuk tidak mengambil tempahan dari mana mana pelanggan yang pernah
membuat sebarang kerosakan atau mengganggu staf kami atau pelanggan yang lain
atau pernah melanggar mana mana peraturan di resort kami.
26) Pelanggan disarankan untuk berkelakuan baik semasa berada di dalam resort seperti tidak berada di
bawah pengaruh alkohol secara berlebihan atau membuat bising yang keterlaluan yang boleh
menyebabkan gangguan kepada pelanggan-pelanggan yang lain.Pihak resort berhak untuk tidak
membenarkan anda berada di resort kami dan deposit keselamatan tidak akan dipulangkan sebagai
ganti rugi.
27) Pihak resort berhak menolak mana-mana pelanggan yang membawa bilangan ahli yang melebihi had
yang telah dipersetujui semasa proses tempahan.
